Dota 2 Gets a New Spring Cleaning Update
VALVE have released a new Spring Cleaning update for Dota 2, which by now is a yearly patch that focuses on long-requested improvements and long awaited fixes. The most notable changes of the update are the improvements to Aghanim’s tooltips, Muting Controls, Shop Searches, and Demo Hero mode.
With the update, the tooltips for Aghanim’s Scepter and Shards upgrades now feature more details about the changed number, while many descriptions have been rewritten to be more simple to understand. Speaking about items, the developers have also significantly improved the search within the Store – while typing, the game will suggest you keywords, such as Armor, Strength, Range, and display corresponding items.
Dota 2 matches can be long, and people tend to become emotional during some matches. To deal with it, the developers have introduced a quick way to mute both voice and text, and to report a disrupting player. Besides that, now you can mute the entire team with just one click. The company now also has a new approach to handling the communication reports.
The other big improvements are within the Demo Hero mode – the developers have added a bigger new arena to the north of the map, as well as introduced an updated panel with new features, like to spawn an allied hero, a single creep wave from each side, or six major runes. And more!
The update includes a countless of other changes, so we suggest you to check the official website!
